When you arrive please be patient, The gates will start to open automatically HALF AN HOUR before the event start time, you can then follow our drive to the TOP car park where you will be greeted. Please do not drive in earlier than this.

( we ask you to kindly pull over as we may have staff or other visiters arriving before your entry time- please do not just follow them in!)

EVENT DATES ARE RELEASED 6-8 WEEKS IN ADVANCED. 

IF A DATE ISNT SHOWING ON THE WEBSITE THEN IT ISNT AVAILABLE.

All bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable, party bookings will need to pay a 50% deposit which is non refundable upon booking.

We do not offer refunds or to transfer bookings under any circumstances - including sickness, travel, any Covid related illness, traffic etc… 

We try to carry on wherever possible to avoid disappointing the children. However if we are experiencing high winds/thunder/lightning  we will call you on the morning of your booking to postpone the appointment, you will be sent a voucher to the same amount of the booking to rebook one of our future events. 

Managements decision is final and is only  for the safety of your children, we understand it may be frustrating, but with the great British weather it is out of our control.

We are an outdoor venue,  Buggys and wheelchairs can be used as all paths are barked and on flat ground, however there is some walking involved to reach the different areas. Comfortable and closed toe shoes are required for riding and dress for the outdoors!

No, sorry we do NOT allow dogs (or any other pets) on site, and we will not allow them to be left in the car.

Children should not be wearing open toed shoes and will need their legs covered if they wish to ride. Hair should be styled appropriately to allow a riding hat to be worn safely and securely.

No, our events and parties take place in our woodland, There is some shelter from trees, tents and playhouses, however please be aware this is primarily an outdoors activity.
