We try to carry on wherever possible to avoid disappointing the children. However if we are experiencing high winds/thunder/lightning  we will call you on the morning of your booking to postpone the appointment.

Managements decision is final and is only  for the safety of your children, we understand it may be frustrating, but with the great British weather it is out of our control.

All bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable, party bookings will need to pay a 50% deposit which is non refundable upon booking.

We are a outdoor venue, all paths are barked and on flat ground.

Comfortable shoes are advisable.

Children should not be wearing open toed shoes and will need their legs covered if they wish to ride.

Dress for the weather.

Can I bring my dog?

No, sorry we do NOT allow dogs on site, we will not allow them to be left in the car.
